    Review With Adjustable Support

Full text, first few words per line, section cues, or nothing. Control how much you see — and reduce it as you improve. The goal is to not need it at all.

What You Can Use It For Right Now

Lyricorize's interface is music-labeled today — but the memorization engine doesn't care what kind of text you paste in.

    Monologues & Audition Pieces

Paste your monologue in as lyrics. Practice with progressive blanking until you can deliver every line without looking. Use sections to break it into beats.

    Speeches & Keynotes

Structure your speech with section headers. Practice with smart blanking to build confidence in your delivery. Know your material cold before you step to the podium.

    Why It Works

    Memorization Is Memorization

The cognitive process of memorizing a monologue is the same as memorizing lyrics. Progressive blanking trains recall regardless of what the text is.

    Progressive Blanking

Hiding words forces active recall — the most effective memorization technique. Start easy, push harder, and build real retention.

    Adjustable Support

Full text, first words, section cues, or nothing. The same support reduction that works for lyrics works for any text.

    Section-Focused Practice

Break your material into sections and focus on the parts you struggle with. Don't waste time on what you already know.

    How We Think About Memorization

    Designed to Be Outgrown

The goal is to stop needing Lyricorize. A tool that makes itself unnecessary is doing its job.

    Built for Real Venues

Works on any device, any screen size, online or offline. Designed for stages, not just desktops.

    Made by Performers

Built from real experience preparing for gigs, rehearsals, and worship sets. Not a generic SaaS experiment.

    On the Roadmap

Actor & Speaker Features Are Coming

The core memorization engine works today. We're building dedicated features to make Lyricorize even better for non-music performers.

    Script & monologue parsing

    Planned

Automatic detection of character names, stage directions, and scene breaks.

    Cue line support

    Planned

Practice your lines with the other character's cue lines visible — hide only your responses.

    Presentation mode

    Planned

Slide-style text display optimized for speeches and presentations.

    Character-based practice

    Planned

Multi-role scripts where you choose which character's lines to memorize.

    Common Questions

    Is Lyricorize designed for actors?

Lyricorize is built for musicians today — the interface uses music terminology like 'songs' and 'setlists.' But the memorization engine (smart blanking, support levels, section focus) works with any text. Actors and speakers can use it right now by pasting their material in as lyrics. Dedicated actor/speaker features are on the roadmap.

Can I use it for a monologue or audition piece?

Yes. Paste your monologue in as lyrics, use section headers to break it into beats, and practice with progressive blanking. The system will train your recall the same way it trains musicians — by hiding words and making your brain fill in the gaps.

What about dialogue with multiple characters?

You can paste multi-character dialogue and practice blanking across the full text. Character-specific features (like cue line support and role-based practice) are planned but not available yet.

Will there be features specifically for speakers and presenters?

Yes — a presentation mode and speech-specific features are on the roadmap. For now, you can use the existing system to structure your speech with sections and practice with blanking to build confidence.

    Is it free?

Yes. Everything is free during beta with no limits — unlimited texts, practice, and perform mode. No credit card needed.
